How Did I Start?

The first step was brand design: visual identity, vision, communicating the message online and defining the brand voice. Once these aspects were established, we focused on creating the website.

We've noticed that many agencies don't offer a complete ecosystem, which is essential to ensure an integrated and efficient shopping experience. To address this problem, we developed a website designed as a sales funnel, focusing on the customer journey and their experience with the brand. Thus, we established the first fundamental pillar in the ecosystem.

What did they want in the beginning?

When they came to us, Transylvania Nutrition was just a fresh idea with no identity, no history or plan. They wanted to bring a new brand to market, but they needed everything from product concepts, cool labels, packaging and courier logistics, to a strategy that would get them noticed. So we sprang into action with Guerrilla Marketing and a complete strategy!

What obstacles did they have to overcome?

It wasn't easy: they had no launch strategy, they didn't know how to promote themselves for paid, the market was full of competitors, and branding and labels were completely lacking. It was like a jigsaw puzzle that we built together.

How we put it all together
We went for a strategy full of energy and surprises:
 
PR Packs: We sent out 300 packages across the country, with samples and eye-catching packaging - a little "let's get to know each other"!
Join: We brought in affiliates to create hype before the launch.
Launch (October 7): We did an online event on the website, with a 50% discount, for people to try the products and see that a new brand can be top.
Where we have been active: Meta, TikTok and Instagram Stories - both organic and with paid ads

Tools we used

Creating the Transylvania Nutrition brand was not just a collective effort of a few individuals but also utilizing the right tools to capture our ideas. Today, more than ever, AI has played a crucial role in launching this brand as we were able to save resources such as money, time and energy to achieve the desired outcome.

 

Use of AI:

From Shopify that hosts us and keeps our website running smoothly, to Chat GPT/Gemini, Canva and Midjourney, software whose AI has helped us bring our crazy ideas to reality - these are just a few of the programs we've used throughout the launch of this brand.
