How Did I Start?

The first step was brand design: visual identity, vision, communicating the message online and defining the brand voice. Once these aspects were established, we focused on creating the website.

We've noticed that many agencies don't offer a complete ecosystem, which is essential to ensure an integrated and efficient shopping experience. To address this problem, we developed a website designed as a sales funnel, focusing on the customer journey and their experience with the brand. Thus, we established the first fundamental pillar in the ecosystem.

Plan Steps and Implementation:

1. Website

The website has been designed as a central tool in the sales strategy, designed to guide the customer through a seamless and engaging experience with the brand.

2. Creating Visual Identity:

This step included social media channels and graphic design. Decakila was developed under the umbrella of the larger brand, INGCO, aimed at DIY men, while Decakila was designed as an extension for the female audience (but open to all), with the aim of differentiation: INGCO for him, Decakila for her.

3. Advertising Campaigns

To launch the brand in Romania, we focused on brand protection campaigns, ensuring good positioning and indexing on Google and social networks. We also implemented brand awareness, conversion and traffic campaigns, thus strengthening Decakila's online image, adapted to the trends of 2023.

Use of AI:

AI has been a valuable tool, providing new insights into the business model, refining our ideas. It was used in design and web design, creating banners for product categories and illustrating the synergy between INGCO and Decakila. Also, as Bulk Creator, we developed 30 visuals for Decakila product advertising campaigns.

 

Use of AI:

Creating the Decakila brand from scratch was a complex challenge that required a clear vision and strategic implementation. Through the effective integration of brand elements and the innovative use of artificial intelligence, we managed to build a strong brand, adapted to market needs and current trends.
