As part of this project we implemented a detailed marketing and sales strategy to launch innovative subscription packages. The process included intensive preparation and strategic implementation, phased as follows:

Human Touch vs AI Touch

AI Design
  • We developed innovative visual ideas to capture the attention of a wider audience using Canva AI and Dall-e.
Human Sales
  • We stimulated sales to exceed the threshold of 100 packages sold and provided assistance in the buying process.
AI System
  • We have created a customised and effective sales and marketing channel using ChatGPT and a series of specially designed prompts.
Human Execution
  • We designed all the concepts for the videos and related scripts and developed an effective route for the ads.
Disrupt - Innovate - Dominate
  1. Sale of almost 400 subscriptions: The high number of memberships sold gives a good start for the second Best Gym location. 
  2. Generation of approximately 42,000 lei (± 8500 euro): This shows significant financial success. This amount of money generated is an important source of revenue for the business and demonstrates the economic potential of the subscriptions offered.
  3.  Execution time 45 days: All actions have been carefully thought out and meticulously planned so that in a relatively short time all operations are completed in accordance with the plan initially set.
