The "Become an Affiliate" Campaign ("Become an Affiliate") is an affiliate program organized by Lunatics Lab ("Lunatics Lab LLC"). The purpose of the Campaign is to attract new affiliates to the Company's affiliate program and to drive referrals of businesses in need of marketing services.

Eligibility

To participate in the Campaign, participants must meet the following conditions:

• They must be natural persons of full legal capacity.
• Complete the Company's membership application form.
• Accept the terms and conditions of these Rules.

Campaign Mechanism

The campaign will run indefinitely.

Campaign participants can recommend businesses in need of marketing services by completing the online form available at this.

For each referred business that signs a contract with the Company as a result of the participant's referral, the participant will receive a commission of 10% of the contract value.

Awards

In addition to the monthly commission of 10%, Campaign participants can earn additional prizes based on the number of referred businesses that sign contracts with the Company:

For 10 recommended businesses: a travel voucher worth 1.000 RON.
For the 20 recommended businesses: One laptop.
For 50 recommended business: an all-inclusive trip for 2 people.

Award procedure

Prizes will be awarded to winners within 30 days of the end of the Campaign. Winners will be notified by email to the address associated with their user account on the Company's online platform.

Final provisions

The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time, with at least 7 days' notice to participants.

These Rules constitute the sole contractual basis governing the Campaign. Any other statements or promises made by Company representatives in relation to the Campaign have no legal value.

By participating in the Campaign, participants implicitly accept the terms and conditions of these Rules.
